You pay a flat monthly price per plan. There are no per-check or overage fees on Free, Pro, or Business. Enterprise pricing is negotiated per contract.

Where is my data stored?

Metrics and alert data are stored in the AWS region closest to your workspace (us-east-1, eu-west-1, or ap-southeast-1). You choose the region at signup and can request migration at any time.

Yes. We sign a Data Processing Agreement with every paying customer, only store the data required to operate the service, and honour access, export, and deletion requests within 30 days.

Not today. Enterprise customers with strict residency requirements can run PulseWatch in a dedicated single-tenant cloud we manage on their behalf.
